Beginners Course *Weekly Outline
Our best-selling course is designed to introduce newcomers (and returners) to running in a fun, friendly and structured manner. The course provides a once-weekly coaching session with homework in between which will build your running fitness, develop & improve your running technique, and help you to avoid injuries. You’ll graduate with a celebration of your success with a shiny medal and free RLJ running top. Depending on the term, *this course can also run over 5 weeks.
